If you request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase and we have not yet initiated the service or engaged with third-party providers on your behalf.
If third-party providers have not been engaged and the service remains unfulfilled or undelivered.
Please note that once third-party providers have been engaged, we are unable to offer a refund due to costs incurred on our end.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to you if:

- Non-payment of fees.
Reinstatement of services may incur additional fees.
